Re: need BRAKE help fast!!
can you get all the drums to bleed? If so make sure the rear brakes are properly adjusted, If you can pull the drum off the back with little force, you may need new adjusters, the back should have some drag to it.
If you cant get the front (or the one that bled back to the master) to bleed you may have to bench bleed the master to get the air out of it. Smitty

Re: need BRAKE help fast!!
Were the brakes OK until the line leaked?
You need to replace/repair the line and bleed all the brakes. Any air in the system will give you bad brakes. You don't have a proportioning valve , you have a distribution block.

Re: need BRAKE help fast!!
Your distibution block is backwards.
In your pic the back of the block needs to face the front of the truck. Both front lines are towards the front of the truck. (front bowl of M/C and front brake lines) Both rear lines are towards the rear of the truck. (rear bowl of M/C and rear brake lines)

Re: need BRAKE help fast!!
I saw somewhere, on Speed TV or something, that when you put in a booster you need to change the pedal and rod. Something about a different size rod needed to operate the booster properly. If you didn't change that out when you added the booster, that might be why you don't get the full power from them.

Re: need BRAKE help fast!!
Is your concern that a front line was leaking and the rear resevoir was the one that went dry? That is normal I think. You get more pressure on the front that way.

Re: need BRAKE help fast!!
If your master cylinder went dry you might need to bleed it again. You can do this on the truck, just unhook the lines and hook up the bleeding kit. Might want to tape or lightly clamp the bleed kit lines so they don't fall out of the reservoirs.

Re: need BRAKE help fast!!
I have a `70 drum n drum setup that I'm changing to front disc. My wire is on the bottom of the prop valve and since it was a 1 owner truck I believe that is how mine came from the factory.

Re: need BRAKE help fast!!
I would agree. If you check your photo with Camaro-Nut's, the dist.block should have the mount bolt at the back. My '69 BB Chevy was the same.
