SWB frame.
Whats left of a SWB frame from an 82 GMC. It was the donor for the parts I needed for the 2wd swap on my K5. It is missing the front most crossmember, radiator mounts and rear shackle hangers. The Dr side front rail has some damage on it from an impact. I dont know how bad it was as I purchased the frame and bed only and didnt see the rest of the truck.
Price = come get it out of my yard, it is perfect to make a crew cab short bed. I can meet someone within a reasonable distance for the price of fuel (both ways) and lunch.

Re: SWB frame.
I'd just scrap it...unfortunately, you're probably not going to get anyone to come get it...unless it's not in the way, then I'd just wait...

Re: SWB frame.
Pics of bent areas for 87 chevy
I know they are kinda hard to see, but the first one is a wrinkle just in front of the crossmember mounting hole. The second is the Dr side front rail is bent out to the Dr side. Nothing that can't be fixed, but I'm sure the frame will have to be reassembled first.

Re: SWB frame.
Any intrest in parts off this? The cab mounts and front spring hangers are still there, also all the crossmembers. The section around the steering box mounts is also intact with no cracks. I will cut out/off any part of the frame you need.
I'm seriously done looking at it. Two more weeks at most and its scrap.....

Re: SWB frame.
no they are not on it, but I will give them to you. I cut them off to use on my K5, but have since decided to keep the 4wd ones on it. I dont really have anything else to get rid of, for free anyway.....

Still willing to cut off any parts needed on this. Have not had time to haul it off, but its day is coming. One rear cab mount is gone now too....
