CPP Tanks on a 65 bagged truck

In my defense, i did search continuously and found similar but no definite answers to the question. Before i invest in $500 worth of fuel tank, will the CPP bolt in tank clear the ground on a bagged 65 SWB with a bolt on c-notch when aired out?

Re: CPP Tanks on a 65 bagged truck

You might want to check out post #8 on my build thread. If you use a 1949-52 Chevy passenger car tank it doesn't hang so low and it isn't visible from the back of the truck http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=363509

I like the car tank, but im almost sure i want a bed fill. I might have to consider that option.

Does anyone know if the CPP tank will be an issue!? i wanted to order it soon.
