I need help mounting bed cross sills...
I've tried the search, but couldn't find what I was looking for. As usual. I need help installing the cross sills on a fleetside LWB truck with a wood bed floor. I have 5 cross sills, 4 of them are mounted, but I can't remember where the 5th one goes. I have 3 in the front, and 1 directly under the rear of the wheelhouses. A picture would be really helpful. Thanks.

There should be mounting pads /brackets on the frame where the cross sills are supposed to go? Here's how and where mine are mounted.
The first three behind the cab.

I have 2 small cross sills also. One goes all the way across just before the wheel tubs, and the other, shorter, goes across between the tubs.

Your second picture answered my question. The one closest to the tailgate was the one that left me scratching my head. It's been so long since it was together that I forgot how it all went back. Thanks a million!
