I am going thru the same thing, mods have contacted me, but haven't got it figured out yet? Glad I'm not the only one, I didn't want them to think I was lying.....

It sometimes takes a few days.The problem is that there are over 60,000 contributors to this BB and the owners/mods get tons of E-mails from people every day.Sometimes so much they can't get thru it all.They also have day jobs,kids,and other responsibilities like the rest of us.I'm sure they will get it taken care of as soon as they can.It took a while for mine to renew but I got an apology when we figured it out.
