Cab support making me upset

Ok, is it just me , or did i get a bad set of rear cab support braces. I bought them from the local parts/ resto place and they fit like junk....I had to come inside for a sec and calm down, the things don't line up at all, i had to cut them down the middle to even take up the 1/8th of an inch to wide , they were, and the flanges where they meet the inside rocker are not long enough, and not thick enough.......Where did everybody else get their's from?

Who did you buy them from? I bought some recently via a supplier on the mainland and they were 100% a perfect match fit for my 68...

They probably just sent you the wrong ones. Its easy for someone to do that when picking the order. We don't even sell the things for your reasons. I would see if they will exchange them but if they won't at least your aren't out too much but if they screwed up they shoud send you the OEM style

TOO much time, and fit OK, you guess.

Naw not for me. Be one thing if I had the equipment, shop and such. But if they don't fit and look right, they sent the wrong ones or their equipment is out of spec. I would have sent them back.

ditto, and then I would buy the correct ones from a board vendor.
