76 blazer has a pontiac 350 not 400

after spending alot time wiping oil, dirt etc away from the right spots on the motor i have found that its a 1972 pontiac 350.it could possibly be from GTO .i still dont know for sure what kind of car it came out of though. ive done nothing to the motor except take sandpaper to the plugs and distributor and cleaned them up a bit.it runs really good,in fact it kinda scares me.is there such a thing as too much motor.it sure runs better than the olds 350(i think) i used to have or the f*&d 302 i had in a bronco.im kinda at a crossroads right now have a pontiac powered 2wd blazer.hmmm......

I have an Olds 260 in my 82' SWB so, you are not the only one at a loss for words. I have a 350 on stand by but, since I have a BOP TH350 in the truck, I have been entertaining the idea of a big block Olds motor.................

I really wish I still had my 78 firebird, it had a 400 in it!
