Door seals STINK!

I just got my new door seals from brothers today.... and when i opened the box it smelled like they threw a dead cat in with it! when you guys put new ones in do they smell like that?????

hummmmm, you may look for a dead cat in there!! j/k

I'm with Sin, mine didn't smell bad. I'd try letting them air out over night (in the open) and smelling them then. if they still smell like roadkill, I'd contact Brother's and ask for a trade.

I would install them, if they smell that bad you won't have to worry about someone getting to close or steeling your truck. What was the name of the manufacture?

I got mine from Brothers and they had the same smell. I'll let everyone know when the smell goes away!

Last week. The crazy part is, I had the passenger side done with one seal that I got from a parts guy. It was new, different brand and no smell. The Brothers set just smelled terrible. This makes me question Brothers quality. However, I have heard so many good things about them before.
