new from Gig Harbor, WA

Just bought a 53 pickup for bumming around in. I have a 94 but like the lines of these old Chev's. I play golf and do occasional plumbing work and the typical honey do's. I'm 68 have had my share of hot rods but not a truck. Powered by a Chev 230 and a 350th with nova rear end. That's the main reason I bought.

Welcome to the group. Lots of people here from WA, and we all like pics. Sounds like a great truck.

Re: new from Gig Harbor, WA

Thanks for the welcome and pictures are coming. I just removed almost 60 years of paint buildup from the grille and need to get it back together.
