Not sure about direct linking one, such as... [youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8yvEYKRF5IA[/youtube]. Some sites do have the ability to do what I typed above, however.

But you could just past a url, or do THIS. That's {url=www.youtube.com}THIS{/url} but sub [ ] with { }.

When you are at a Youtube site for Ex:
Look to your right and you will see the URL address and copy it:
When you want to post a Youtube Video in a Thread all you need to do paste it in the message and hit preview post or submit reply.
There you should see it automaticllly like this:
