Complete nut, bolt, fastener kits where??

I am looking for nut and bolt kits for my restoration projects. What have fellow members found for kits to reassemble fleet side beds, front clips, doors, cab, etc. and all other fastners for putting my trucks back together without reusing my original nuts and bolts. John

Re: Complete nut, bolt, fastener kits where??

I was not happy with my cab mounting kit I got from LMC, the rear bolts were too long and bottomed out before the cab was even close to touching the rubber mounts. The washers looked like they were punched from soda pop cans with a butter knife. I ended up going to the hardware store and got them way cheaper than the kit was costing..

Check with AMK. They supply most the original fastner kits to all the retailers

Re: Complete nut, bolt, fastener kits where??

So far everything I've ordered from Brothers trucks has been quality stuff including my bolt kit for the cab. I agree with several previous guys though, don't be cheap, spend a little dough to mount the cab on good urethane and stainless stuff because that cab will squeak and rattle if you don't mount it properly!

Checked out AMK's site did not see kits for our trucks there. Still looking for anyone with experience with the other companies kits mentioned. TTT

We sell AMK bolts but you are correct. they don't sell much for these trucks but they do have a lot of GM bolts. Mainly ford however, thats where they got started selling ford bolts
