HO-52 question
Recently purchased a 67 3/4 ton lwb that i believe has a ho-52 rearend. in the mud only one wheel spins. were they not all posi, or do i have a problem? also have a 72 with same rearend. both wheels spin in mud. if antone has a link for an eaton rebuild i would like to see it. any help appreciated. thanx rich

The NO-SPIN was an option in these trucks. Re-building these things are hard as not all parts are available. What part is needing rebuilt? You can pickup a third member on the parts section sometimes!

Anyone got pictures of what the No-Spin looks like. I just removed my 3rd member, and am not familiar with them to be able to ID if it is correct. The SPID listed No-Spin.

Well this should answer that question about Detroit lockers. They 17 spline in this 67-72 era. Attached a pic of a open carrier and a locker within a carrier and a pic of the thirds member with a locker in it. That disc looking item inside the carrier is an easy thing to identify if its a locker as shown. Rod

Excellent Rod. Those pictures are very helpful. Looks like mine is a locker. Let me know if you need better locker pictures or different angles. I have mine out and can get some before I sell it.
