help help!!!!
so i have a 72 pickup and i have aquired (at a steal) a 5.3 and
4l60e. i would like to know out of which vehicle i need to get the wiring harness ou of to make it work in my truck. and also i have access to a 4.8, is it a good idea to take the flat top pistons out of it and put them in the 5.3. the only difference is the 5.3 is a longer stroke. same bore.

What years are the engines? Post serial numbers so we can verify and give you a complete/correct answer.

Where the h--l is Bono Arkansas. Never heard of it. Get it done, we're starten to run a lot of 5.3/ LS conversions in this area. 3 I know of in Russellville.

its about thrieteen feet three inches form jonesboro lol. almost to the green county line if your goin north on 63.
