flip kit?

does the offset hole go toward the front or the rear?

Towards the front I believe, but why not read the instructions to be sure?

put one towards the front and the other side towards the rear so it goes down the road just a tad sideways...LOL!

Yeah, it goes towards the front to push the rearend back enough to compensate for the driveshaft.
