spring rates? trying to figure it out...
My truck is strictly for cruising/drag racing and is not a daily driver anymore, no weight will ever be in the bed. Here is what i plan on; about a 30-31 inch tall tire in the back, 28 in the front. I want only an inch of wheel gap for the back tire, with very very stiff springs (my wheel wells go up about an inch higher than me fender, so i will have about 2 inches of clearance) and 3 inches of wheel gap on the front tires with very soft springs. Overall goal; truck to sit level with 2-3 inch bigger tires in the back, very stiff springs in the back and very soft springs in the front... any help with actual numbers as far as spring compression rates and size would be very much appreciated.
