need help figuring timing.

hey guys,
so well i been MIA.. but im back.

heres the problem. i finally got my carb set to the best vacuum reading i could get out of it.

but.... (i dont know if its related to doin that or not) but now when i crank my truck, i here as if the starter rolls back if it dont start up right away.
i was told it could be that my timing is just off now, since tuning the carb affected it. is this true???

anywho, this is the cam and info i got.

MSelect MTC-1
cam lift: int. .281 exh. .296
valve lift: int. .422 exh. .444
SAE Duration: int. 278 exh. 288
SAE Timing: BTC:27 ABC:71 BBC:76 ATC:32
Lobe CTR: int:107 exh: 117
Lash Hot: int:hyd exh: hyd
.050 Duration: 204 INT. 214 EXP
.050 Timing: BTC:-5 ABC: 29 BBC: 44 ATC:-10

can anybody tell me what timing i should set it to, using my timing light?

Engine: 355, edelbrock 750 carb, performer intake, long header, dual 2.5" pipe.

also my mpg sux, and on take off it struggles, then opens up.
