I need a pad for undereath my rear carpet. Any suggestions???

My 72 is missing the rear mat that goes under the carpet. Does anyone repo this?

I've never seen it offered anywhere. Probably another one of those obscure "find it used" parts unfortunately.

Nobody makes it yet...in the repro field.

You need to find one used, but you will need to pay $25 to be a subscriber to post a WTB ad.

Since this topic is open, I have those pads, but using them on mine. Do they glue down and then the carpet glues on top? Or just let them lay down and glue the carpet to them?

They are loose under the carpet if I remember correctly, I know they were loose under the wall to wall black rubber mats on my Blazer but they stayed in place with no problems.

Mine has a rubber mat- like a bedliner, is this stock? It works nice!

I have just replaced the original carpet in mine.

The rubber mats were laying loose on the floor and the carpet was just layed on top of it. Nothing was glued down on mine.
