Finally found project
Here is the project I found for myself/family. Thinking I got a good deal. 1969 LWB Step. 327 motor, manual trans, It comes with title from the original owner. Bed needs work, but rockers/floor nice, only needs cab corners, Doors nice too. I will try to get a pic on here. It should be delivered tonight. I paid $750 for it. Let me know what you guys and gals think!!

Re: Finally found project
I want to pull the tank and clean/flush it out. I thought there was some stuff to seal the inside, it is just gas canning it now. Then I am going through and just cleaning up the wiring and motor. The wiring is somewhat messed up. I should be able to drive her then. I will probably start with cab and then front and bed last. I was torn about getting rid of step box, especially being lwb, but the more I look at it , the more it grows on me. I don't think I will do a frame off..... but just take a section at a time and see what happens......I will post pics as I go along. I enjoy everyone else's so...maybe someone will enjoy mine.

Re: Finally found project
Sounds like a cool build! Looks like a very solid platform to start with too!
