Good eye Butternut,it used to hold this boat ( worlds fastest small block on water ) now it holds this alcohol dragster ( same small block pkg )..we had to build something we could race closer to home, too much travel to race boat..

I used to help work pits with an old friend. His dad owns Security Race products. Know him? He also holds a world record on his K boat (Can Am Express) back in 1977. 144 mph straight away. 105 oval in '79.

Sing along " it's a small world after all ",,we were never able to beat jay, raced the same class,,,so when Jay quit racing the boat we hired his crewchief to be our motor guy ( Jim Andrews, castle rock )on the dragster....Jay is good people..I also sponsored and helped a friend with his nova in the heads up drag classes,we allways race the big streetcar shootout in vegas ,very quick single turbo small block program..love the heads up stuff..as for the dragster we are still getting our asphalt learing together, went 6.70 @ 205 last year testing

AHHHH! I grew up with Brian Sells (redline race cars) and Tim Harris, Donnie(britco). He has my camaro motor right now. I know the nova (it's brian right) i have met him a few times over the years nice guy. I am bad with names. I have known Jim since i was a kid, he built some motors for my dad and uncle back in the day. Glad your on the board, if your ever down this way let me know we can grab a beer and b.s. We have a cool show/cruise here in August if you can make it. Jay is always there with his boat and he parks it by the beer garden and fires it up throughout the day. Nice rides.
