Re: awsome ebay truck
The body and paint does look nice. I have seen a couple of trucks with the recessed cab mounted antenna and I have to wonder why water doesn't fill it up and enventually get in and start rusting. Maybe they incorporate some kind of drain. Trucks that nice may not see too many rain storms either.

Re: awsome ebay truck
I spy a trim clip out on the passenger side top bed molding. I would not have painted the "acc-off-on-start" badge. Other than that, damn near perfect.

That is sweet. I wonder if he'll sell it for that much? I wonder how much he has in it?

Re: awsome ebay truck
definitely a nice truck with a lot of nice parts...
that being said..... does anyone else see the rust under the driprail? Wonder if that's hiding something really nasty and if that's like that are there other spots on the truck....

Re: awsome ebay truck
Yea, I was looking at the photo's thinking pretty cool. Then I saw that ignition indicator painted over... Total buzz kill. When ever I see stupid stuff like that, I immediately think what else they fell asleep on. You'd think, with all that hard work obviously put into this truck they would have taken a moment to pick off that indicator. Just makes you think about the paint prep not being all that...

Re: awsome ebay truck
First off, awesome truck, wish I had it. However, and maybe Im just old fashioned, but the side view mirrors really bother me, as well as the frenched antenna. Whole truck is classy and pretty much factory looking and then the small racy motorcyle looking mirrors. They just don't fit the overall theme. Also, I can see the old oem radio hole peaking from under the aftermarket head unit. I just hate stuff like that.

Re: awsome ebay truck
would b a nice daily driver but too many poor fitting parts for a showtruck// grill fit hood fit tailgate trim alignment paint on door and cowl alignment . the tranny cooler lines? and how about that radio fit
very shiney but lack of attention to details and final fit and finish a basic out of the box and bolt it in approach

Re: awsome ebay truck
I love the stance of it, love the two tone, hate chrome wheels as others already mentioned there a re a few flaws but of course I bet you the reserve is like 35k if I had to guess.

Clean truck. The jamnut on the adjustable panhard appears to be a bit loose.

Re: awsome ebay truck
Beautiful Truck! But like everyone has said, there is a ton of sloppy work! A guy could spend a little time tiddying some things up and make a really nice show truck. But with the visable rust issues, who knows how long it will look good!

Rear shocks were not relocated, no adjustable panhard bar.

Re: awsome ebay truck
I'd take it. Sure I'd do some things differently, but who wouldn't with a little time and money.

Re: awsome ebay truck
I always wonder on trucks at this price if there really are several bidders or just his friends bidding up to the reserve amount.....

Re: awsome ebay truck
I noticed a few things:
- That A/C block off plate is pretty subpar compared to the rest of the work in the truck - Odd location for the panhard bar to be mounted to To me an LT1 and Digital gauges seems dated. |

Re: awsome ebay truck
It is a very sexy truck. Its hard for me to nitpick it when mine isn't even close to that level. However, I could never have mine like that as I like to drive mine almost everywhere I go. I would be a nervous wreck taking that truck to nascar weekend!!!!

Re: awsome ebay truck
Overall nice truck but like everyone else pointed out, a lot of missed details on one of this build. To me those missed details start to add up and reflect the overall build quailty and question if corners were cut.
That said, still nicer than mine will likely be...

Re: awsome ebay truck
Nice truck, with a few of the little details cleaned up it would be really great. I`m with the rest of y`all though. If they missed some really obvious stuff what else might surface in a few months, years? Hope mine turns out looking that good though.
