Re: Favorite Stance

I like trucks you have to hop into, rather than slide in for the most part.

Not to bash the lowered crowd, since I think they all look cool no matter what.

Re: Favorite Stance

I think you left one catagory out between slight drop and totally slammed.

I'm with big_al_71 here, but I wouldn't call a 4/6 drop totally slammed. Totally slammed would be laying frame or rocker IMO.

Re: Favorite Stance

It depends... I don't own a 2wd, and I find 4x4s to be more useful when moderately lifted.

Re: Favorite Stance

I think a 5/7 looks about perfect with the right big wheel combo.(tucking a little tire)

Bags are cool but the trucks that actually lay frame dont do anything for me.

I wanta truck that handles like a sports car....I chose the ECE 4.5/6 for my truck.

Re: Favorite Stance

I voted stock because thats what mine will be soon. The previous owner lowered mine by heating the springs and it rides like hell. A friend gave me a full set of stock springs to bring it back where it belongs. I like them all but mine is going to be stock.

I did a 4/6 on my 72, and would do it all over again.

Re: Favorite Stance

I really like the slammed look when it's other trucks. On mine it's 4/6 or even 5/7. I'm not a big fan of all the cutting and plumbing required to lay the frame.
