which plug wires which degree

I am up grading our 67 C10 to HEI and wanna know what plug wire boot degrees you guys recomm and why for a straight 6? Thanks in advance Brandon

I just buy stock plug wires for an 80 model 4.1 pickup. That's a factory inline 6 with HEI application. Usually they come with 5 90 degree end wires and 1 straight end wire. The straight end wire is for cylinder number 1 so it clears the distributor cap easier.

I just make my own from wires out of the jy cut to the correct length and cleaned up. It really doesn't matter what angle is your dangle on the L6's since you don't have to clear headers.

That is one good looking I-6. I saved a picture of it so I can pattern my I-6 after it when I start working on the engine.
