Dash Bezel Question

Now that I the dashboard off and the instrument cluster taken off I was wondering if I should do any "maintenance" since I can get to it real easy. Do you think the dash board lights should be replaced (I think they are all working) or anything else?
With the dashboard off, I think I'm going to add a underdash speaker and put the original radio back in.
Any other suggestions?
Also, with the dash bezel, is there anyway I can take the front face off (black cover) and clean it real good?
Thanks for all the help,
Joe

Re: Dash Bezel Question

The only things I can think of that I would tend too while having the panel off is...

1. Check the vent hoses, and replace if split.
2. spray some lube on on the pedal linkages
3. Rebuild or replace the heater vent controls.
4. put dielectric grease on the plugs, after cleaning them up. If they have never been apart, the OEM grease is usually all caked and hard.

If you're are gonna go with the original radio, make sure you use the correct speaker. If you don't you could damage your original radio.

I plan on reviving my old AM radio as well.
I think I may order a speaker from these guys...
