WIW - leaf spring mounts
I've trashed or given away things only to find out later they had a value.
That said....along with a bunch of other rivets....I finally finished cutting the front and rear leaf spring hangers off my frame, along with the shock mounts. I've looked for these in catalogs and have never seen them. Are they hard to get hold of, and if so...whats a complete setup worth? Also, frame had a frame side z-bar mount I cut off. Same question applies for it. Thanks. I've got a bunch of parts I need inventory and list for quick sale. Running out of work and storage room!

Re: WIW - leaf spring mounts
Anything has a value if someone wants it. List them for sale and see if you get any bites.
Northeastern guys need them.

Re: WIW - leaf spring mounts
Do you have a picture of the frame side z-bar mount? I'm interested pending pics. They typically sell for $5-10. Thanks.

Re: WIW - leaf spring mounts
I'll get picks of all of it. Going to try and remove more off the frame today. One item is the rear engine/front tranny crossmember. I'm guessing these aren't reproduced?

Re: WIW - leaf spring mounts
What is the truck the z-bar frame bracket is from? Year/motor/tranny/1/2 ton, 3/4? It looks like it will work for me, pending price, I just like to know the history of the parts I buy. Price and shipping to N2H 5H1? Thanks.

Re: WIW - leaf spring mounts
I'd take $50 for the 6 piece set (front hangers, rear hangers w/shackles + l/r shock mts)
Problem is that together they weigh like 22-23lbs.....

Re: WIW - leaf spring mounts
Sorry I only went as far as getting it all together for you in a box....but its the wrong one. Seems like cost looked like it was in the mid teens with a flat rate box and over 20 w/o? Its in a USPS Priority Box but not a "flat rate" box. Let me see what I can change up and if I can take the pieces apart further to get it all in one of the other flat rate boxes I have. I'll try to post again tonight.

Sorry for the delay. I wanted to make sure I had the biggest flat rate box and unfortunately it just won't fit. Winds up being a ECE box I had...a 15x12x8 box at 24.5lbs. I didn't want something busting thru the box so its double boxed in addition tothe packing material.

Re: WIW - leaf spring mounts
Quote:
It was in the post above...$23.16 for USPS and $27.15 with UPS. So... in the interest of keeping it simple...how about $70 shipped. This includes the front and rear leaf spring hangers (with shackles) and the upper shock mount brackets (with posts).
