My truck is vibrating
Can someone please help me figure out what is wrong with my truck. When I am driving and let off the gas the truck starts to really vibrate and you can hear it also. It really doesnt do it when I accelerate, but it will when I go over 55 mph. Can someone please let me know. I have a rebuilt tranny in and I checked to see if the driveshaft is loose and it isnt. Would it be the rear.
Thanks in advance Jerr ------------------ New Project

Did one of the balance weights fall off either end of the shaft? Have you felt around the treads of the tires for bulges? About all I can think of right now.. Well I figured out what my problem was. When I went to put my truck in reverse at work, my rear universal joint broke. I guess it was going bad with the combination of a newer more powerful engine finally took it out.
Thanks for your advice Fast68 ------------------ New Project
