Question My truck is vibrating

Can someone please help me figure out what is wrong with my truck. When I am driving and let off the gas the truck starts to really vibrate and you can hear it also. It really doesnt do it when I accelerate, but it will when I go over 55 mph. Can someone please let me know. I have a rebuilt tranny in and I checked to see if the driveshaft is loose and it isnt. Would it be the rear.

Thanks in advance

Jerr

Did one of the balance weights fall off either end of the shaft?
Have you felt around the treads of the tires for bulges?
About all I can think of right now..

Goood luck....

Unhappy

Well I figured out what my problem was. When I went to put my truck in reverse at work, my rear universal joint broke. I guess it was going bad with the combination of a newer more powerful engine finally took it out.

Thanks for your advice Fast68
