Brake Line Routing

I'm coverting my 69 3/4 ton from front drum to disc. I bought a 10pc Brake Line Kit for a 71 3/4 ton from inline tube. It looks like a big pile of spaghetti to me. I have the lines for the prop valve and the front to rear long line figured out. Does someone have a pic or diagram of how to route the rest of the lines on the truck? Thanks

Re: Brake Line Routing

The problem,... is that your 69 (and all 67-70 trucks) will route the steel lines on the back side of the front cross,e,ber.
The 71-72 trucks route the steel lines to the front side of the crossmember.
This will require a metal tab to secure the line where it connects to the rubber brake line.
You should be able to cut and remove the original tab,... or fabricate a new one.
I'll see it I have any pics.

Re: Brake Line Routing

Here's a couple of the passenger side of a '71.
Sorry,... that's all I have.
