Question ne3d help wiring question

Well after 7 years of sitting I'm finally getting my 68 on the road. droped the motor in did the alt conversion from the faq , haven't hooked up hei or starter. Have ground to engine and engine to frame.

Problem I have is I don't understand the wiring on the starter. I know big lug. Is pos from battery put how do i find the other wires.

The fuse box has no power

Where do I start, what am I doing wrong is it the starter cause the lost of power from fuse. It would only make sense cause. I have no other wire connected to it from the harness
