That was a really good looking truck. The vintage wheels were a great touch. The wheels and the truck just seem to go together.

I know the feeling. I sold my 66 Chevelle about 17 years ago. I still see it at local car shows. It makes my stomach turn when I do. Funny thing is, I couldn't afford to buy it back now. Oh well, it's time for you to find another project to take your mind off it.

I am a victim of the same thing as I do not fall in love with cars/truck/motorcycles but as of lately I am starting to think the dozens of vehicl;es I have had that I would like to own today but oh well on the next one...It also helps that I am in the car business so I think of them as $$$$$.

I am with big al one this I have had some nice stuff over the years that is worth a ton now[64 impala ss, 67 chevelle, 70 chevelle, 72 monte cutom 454, hurst ols,alot more] but I tell my kids that is the difference between a colletor and a salesman. Jim

-on a side note- i noticed that alot of guys posting on here have owned chevelles ranging from 66-72. what happened, get too old and have to slow down? (i can say that 'cause i'm young and stupid)
