i know, it s a rare breed

actually when i started the project it was rare (the ls1) and now they are everywhere.

i think you thought i was hammering your truck. that was not the intent. the truck looks great but the huge wheels are not my favorite. i always like a truck that can do 80 mph down a back road pulling a trailer.

Hey man I hear ya, if I was 60+ years old I would build the same kind of car. One of my old buddies has a 67 with a big cube iron block LSx and a kenne bell blowzilla/6 speed/18 inch wheels.

i would take that car at any age!! it must be 600 hp or so.

my car is rather mild. dyno'd 400 rwhp on motor, 125hp on the kit , 27 mpg, ac, and we take it on family vacations

Forgive my ingorance what is a "Donk"? I saw a mid-80's caprice in CL that the seller said it was "donk" or had "donks?
