auto parts store bushings or else?

I am about to do my suspension drop in my 84 and was thinking seems I am going to take everything apart and I know some of the bushings need replacing... do you guys think is better to get all the bushings from the auto parts store, or would a kit from places like lmc be better?, all opinions are welcomed and thanks in advanced

if the auto store sells them in a kit that would be the fastest way to get them but you can usually get them cheaper thru lmc or such places

lmc likely isnt anywhere near the cheapest place. If your looking for regular stock replacement parts. Its likely easiest to go to the local parts store and grab em if they have what you need. There are multiple other boards vendors on here that sell the parts you need as well.I would buy from any of them before buying from lmc. Also places like www.rockauto.com have great prices.

I had good luck at www.p-s-t.com when I rebuilt the suspension on my '92 Z28.

Re: auto parts store bushings or else?

I wouldn't put anything but polygraphite bushings on any replacement. Polygraphite is superior than stock rubber.
