what i did this morning...........

last night got home and I had no power to nothing... earlier was messing around with the gauge cluster trying to get all the lights to work.... finally got them all working then had to leave and when I got home nothing thought i left the lights on or something but everything was off... scratched the head for about 15 or so mins couldn't figure it out so I pulled out the mutimeter and still had 12v at the battery so it had to be a wire.... come to find out as i was pulling on wires found that the dis block on the cab was broke and must of been broke for awhile so I finally fixed it and got eveything working again but couldn't start the truck due to it being so loud.... but earlier that day the truck was running hard like it was losing power and like a bad ground well fix the wire and it ran a little better so found that the body ground wasn't hooked up hooked that back up and the EGR valve was irritating me to no end so I blanked that off... well it runs alot better now and not as rich so tried fine tunning the carb and found another problem the carb is leaking on the right side where the linkage is is there a fix for this... it's the linkage where the choke would be... from the looks of it i might have to take the carb apart to fix it or get a new one

this is the wire i fixed
