I was only going to change rear shocks......
It started with only wanting to change rear shocks and relocators...then that lead to a c notch. Then a friend came over with some new wheels and tires for sale for a deal I couldn't pass up, but the back spacing on the rear was wrong for truck but really looked good.....so that lead to ordering new axles and narrowing the rear end 2" on each side to make the new wheels work....Now time to get back to the interior..

Re: I was only going to change rear shocks......
Steve said "Seriously honey, I'm just going to drive this one. It already has everything that it needs. Just let me buy it and I'll leave it alone."
She said- "Uh-huh! Whatever!"...... It looks great Steve. It started as a good looking Blazer, but the updates really bring it alive. Good thing your wife knows better than to listen to your stories....

Re: I was only going to change rear shocks......
Now you have those "old" wheels just laying around. I guess you'll have to find something for them to go on..

That looks awesome.
How about a teaser shot of that wicked-lookin' Lincoln that's up on the rack in the background? That thing looks evil. |

Re: I was only going to change rear shocks......
Thanks everyone!!!!.. the new wheels are Intro V Rods 22X8.5 with a 5" backspace if I remember right....and the rears are 22X10 with a 4" back space. The old wheels were 20X8.5 and 20X10 Intro Pentia.
The suspension is just Ridetech's front and rear kits with a a CPP regular C notch and rear shock relocators...and 2" blocks. Ken, No I didn't keep the old wheels and tires sold them to a guy here in Spring with a 72 blue/white C10 SWB,but getting something else and putting those on would have been a great idea!!
