leveling kit/front lift question

i have a 93 ck 2wd and crave the level look of a 4wd but to be honest i wouldn't use 4wd. however i want a level ride, not a drastically raised front like you see on old toyota trucks where the rear sags low. i see spacer type products that fit on or under the coils. anyone have any opinions or ideas? maybe some experiences? thanks to all for reading!
