I've seen a few people on here from Memphis and thought I'd throw this up in case anyone had some info on it.

Lots of dealers in that era put their names on vehicles that way.
Chip Barwick Chevrolet was 'down on Union' in Memphis.
You now know as much as about Chip Barwick Chevy as I do.

I don't know if it's the same Chip Barwick, or not, but he was at least partially responsible for getting the ducks into the Peabody Hotel.
