HUGE 67-72 Chevy auction!

I dealt with these folks once in the past. Apparently they keep good records cause they sent me an E-mail about their upcoming auction. Go here-->http://www.blockauction.com/

and click on " Super Chevy Auction" to view the flyer and some pics.

Located in Springdale Arkansas.

Re: HUGE 67-72 Chevy auction!

i am really wishing i had bought a lottery ticket.....to pay for the trip AND the purchases that would be many.....

love to have a nice restored 2wd blazer and build a longhorn bed trailer to match my 72 burb 3/4 ton.....one can dream....

also, that ambulance would be awesome for use in parades and i could just imagine building some nice custom configuration trucks from all those bodies!

Re: HUGE 67-72 Chevy auction!

I went down and looked at all Mike's stuff, wish he would of been closer than 10 hour round trip, I would of bought it all. It ought to be a good auction, wish he didn't plan it for Memorial day weekend, I have family plans so I don't get to go, that sucks. but I have to keep the wife and kids happy

Is this an anual event then? Might be something to keep in mine for next year when I start my hunt for a southern body...

No, not an annual event..........Mike is relocating and liquidating some of his inventory to ease the move.

Anybody else here thinking about coming down? Lots of good stuff. Lowest bid buys.

Re: HUGE 67-72 Chevy auction!

I bought a set of doors and a set of mirrors from Mike about two months ago when I was over that way, and I will say that it was a pleasure to do business with him. He knows these trucks from top to bottom and is quick to pass that knowledge on. Wish I could make it to his auction but I won't be able to.

Too late, but near the far N-W corner of Arkansas.

South of, but near the Kansas - Oklahoma - Missouri corner. Civil War buffs: Pea Ridge National Battlefield Park.

Also sort of near the Tornado Alley area for you folks that watch Storm Chasers.

Couldn't get over there myself today. Would have liked to have gone, but no time & no $$$$$.

2-1/2 - 3 hour drive for me.

Anybody get some pix, so we can drool a little --- or a lot ?

Re: HUGE 67-72 Chevy auction!

Nope, didn't make it. I bought some new parts from him 2 months ago as well. Was very happy with what I bought. Wished I had made it to the auction. Could have used a core support to replace mine. Anybody go? Anybody get a new project?

Mike told me that he is moving north just over the MO line and will start buying trucks again so he won't be far from you if you can wait till then.
