Watchin the rust grow

Cab sits Higher than box.
I just recently put in my new cab mounts, and now the cab sits a good half an' inch or so above the box.
any ideas or will it just settle in soon enough?

torque the bolts down some more..... are they poly bushings? when i did mine they lined up just fine...
