Anyone Used Percy's Hyperfiber?

I was just reading about this stuff in the new Hot Rod magazine and thought it might be good for repairs on the fiberglass Blazer tops. I need to research it more to make sure it can be used to repair fiberglass but it seems like it sure would make things a lot easier.

Re: Anyone Used Percy's Hyperfiber?

I sent them an email to see if it's compatable with fiberglass. Haven't heard back yet.

Re: Anyone Used Percy's Hyperfiber?

It was on an episode of Trucks! today on Spike.

I think the same episode is on tomorrow May 23rd Noon est. It is like one of the first segments working with the heater box or something. I missed it so I will try to catch it tomorrow so I can see how HyperFiber is actually used.

Re: Anyone Used Percy's Hyperfiber?

It seems more geared toward fabricating stuff rather than repairs. There was a short article in one of the car mags about this or something similar this or next month (the mags come out early).

Fiberglass is pretty easy to work with. Why would you think you need this product to fix a top?

I just thought it might be easier and cleaner to work with since it's ready to use right out of the box and cures in just minutes of being exposed to sunlight.
