lug pattern HELP!!!!!!

What is the easiest way for me to change my 5x5 bolt pattern on my 68 to a smaller 4 3/4 pattern off of a camaro or chevelle? Do they make an adapter or is there another way? PLEASE HELP

If your 68 is 5x5, it's been updated as they're originally 6-lug. Assuming it's a typical disc swap using HD 1.25" rotors, Perf On-Line sells a direct swap car pattern rotor for the disc brake truck spindles. Lt.duty set-ups can use Camaro '1Le' option front rotors (12" rotors w/a car pattern that use different bearings vs truck rotors).

I've read in another thread here that the rotor from a '72 Impala will fit the truck disc spindles, and they are 5 x 4.75"
