Rubbing on fender lips?

I have rubbing issues with my 275/65/15's on the rear of my 86' and found this fender lip roller on ebay. From the reviews it sounds like it works with out chipping any paint and saves from cutting the inside lip and having the possibility of sharp edges. Has anyone on here tried it?

Re: Rubbing on fender lips?

I've read good things about that type of fender lip roller. One tip I read was to use a heat gun to warm up the lip to help prevent paint cracking.

Re: Rubbing on fender lips?

I'd like to try that myself. My front fenders need to be rolled since I lowered it. If you get it let us know how it works.

Re: Rubbing on fender lips?

Well I've only hear good things about it so we'll see not sure if I'll pay the $65 to rent it or just buy one for $250. I'm going to check some body shops around here first to see if I could maybe borrow one or use it for cheaper.
