Question How many members run L.E.D.s? Why? Why not?

How many people here have L.E.D.s?

How many have our L.E.D. inserts?

Why do you run L.E.D.s?

Why not?

The cargo light 3rd brake is the only LED I have so far. The rest will be replaced in time. Why, less power use, never have to replace, and bright as....... well you get the idea Just waiting on a rear roll pan, or something like that to do the tail lights.

No, I don't have them. Yes,after seeing the difference they make in traffic lights,I want them. If I don't put a clutch in my truck first,I will not be on the road to need them.

Yes, I run them. They offer a lower current draw, they last longer and sometimes depending on the manufacturer, they are much more viseable. All my lights are LED's. The dash, side markers, tail lights and the parking lights in the front bumper.

No, I dont have yours yet. I'm debating the tail light you offer. I want that front parking light you posted a proto-type on. (Badly), that is so sweet!!!!!

yep,i got a pr. and think they're killer! too snowy/salty out on the roads yet to get a better impression of how they look at nite, yet. i love the out-ward appearance in how the lenses look stock and then when you turn them on......it's not something everybody and thier brother will have on cruise nite out.also like the reliability factor, and not having to replace them!

Ive got them. I love them. Theyre great and the price was right. I certainly would reccomend them to anyone. I get more remarks about the tailights than everything else besides the lope of the cam.

Have the CCLED tails and love them. I want more!

I'll probably just use 194-size replacement LED 'bulbs' for the sidemarkers (the '80s style van lenses do a lot for sidemarker visibility, not to mention a smoother look) but I do want to get LED-array front signals and maybe even backup lights.

Them are some great pictures!

Thank all off you that have tried our inserts. I just personally put plates on my blazer and drove it for the first time in a couple months. Weather/roads were dry for a day or so, and I took it out. I have a set of my Caddy inserts in testing them for TJAZ. I had a guy follow me into a gas station, and ask me about them!

They are I'd say my best custom design yet. I'd like to incorperate blue dots in the design, but they are hard anough to make as it is! LOL

I can make custom inserts. All I need is a lense, and housing. Do them ZR-1 lenses unbolt from the housing?

I make the Cargo light inserts on a case by case basis. Just e-mail me direct if your serious.

I suppose I should note this...last weekend on my run down to Tucson from Phoenix, I passed a '71-'72 GMC that was going the limit...I tend to cruise signifigantly faster...

I could've sworn, the second I turned on my turn signal to get in the right lane a few cars up, he stabbed the gas to get a closer look.

Thats funny! LOL

I have this happen alot. Guys following me off exits on the freeway, asking about my bowtie sidemarkers.

And now with the LEDs I get alot of people staring at my LED sidemarkers, and taillights. They are blown away by the fact that my rear tail lights looks better than there 2003! LOL Funny I just slow down for a minute than smoke them!
