NOS Tach dash printed circuit and 67 hood latch
I got the NOS 67 hood latch off ebay to use for my build that has since been abandoned. Trying to figure out what a good asking price is. Has a tag that it was a returned item at some point. Looks nothing like the metal of a repop so I'm sure it's NOS. No rust at all.
Also I just picked up a NOS tach dash printed circuit off ebay to use in my 71 blazer project. There's no way I'm using an NOS circuit board on something I will sell....I will just buy a repop...but it was part of the auction so now I'm looking for an estimate on that. No pics of that as it's new in the box (and on the way to me right now .

Re: NOS Tach dash printed circuit and 67 hood latch
yeah, I'm going to get a new one because that's fine for me but I figure the NOS one is worth more to the right person....

Re: NOS Tach dash printed circuit and 67 hood latch
I'd guess $50 for the hood latch (67-68) and $75+ for the circuit depending on if its brittle...

Re: NOS Tach dash printed circuit and 67 hood latch
The thing to remember on things like printed circuits and NOS tachs is that they are 40+ year old technology. I recently bought a NOS tach for less that the cost of a repop- reason being the old method of sealing protecting the circuit was poor at best and second the tachs were notoriously "off". The new stuff works better. This does not hold true on all NOS, but for electronic components this is the typical rule of thumb. So in all honesty, $50 is about tops to expect for the circuit in my opinion.

Re: NOS Tach dash printed circuit and 67 hood latch
That printed circuit is worth $100-$125 and it`s made as good as or better than the repro. It`s not a moving part like the tach.

Re: NOS Tach dash printed circuit and 67 hood latch
The only ones that have been in use for 40 +/- years that are bad were due to an electrical short. That won`t happen sitting in a box. That`s the whole idea of solid state circuitry, nothing to go bad,all one connection.

Re: NOS Tach dash printed circuit and 67 hood latch
75+ is the going rate on the boards. There is a guy on ebay that sells them from time to time and that is about what I have seen them go for.
