Bell tech 31200
Found these buried in my garage. these say bell tech 31200. I know the 3100 is heavy duty ( big brakes ) and the 3200 is light duty. What are these?

Those are the Beltech 3100. I have a set in the box. Casting shows 31200. But just in case I'm hanging onto my extra set of 1" rotors. I'm still collecting parts ya know.
