xenon hids

so im thinking about the hid conversion kit by xenon for my headlights on my 01. i like the blue color myself i found a kit for right at 170$. so is it worth it does anyone else have any other brand they suggest.

also im guessing my z71 didnt come factory with the fog lights in the lower grill. there a way to order them from like lmc i seen them there. and maybe tie them in or do they plug in some where?

could i take the amber strip out or?
