GMC VIN Code decode help

I have a GMC 68, Can someone help me decode the vin? The VIN decoder on the opening page didnt seem to help me out. Maybe it is for Chevy trucks only? Thanks in advance.

Re: GMC VIN Code decode help

That was fast. Thanks for the help.

Is there anyway to research the history of the truck more than this? I am just wondering where it was originally bought. I dont guess it means anything other than satisfy my curiosity.
