WTB 4x4 tie rod
I need a straight tie rod for a stock 71/72- 1/2 ton 4x4. It measures 52"

I hope this isn't wrong to offer since I'm the one selling and not a premium member.
But i do have one with 2 newer joints, less then 200 miles. 50.00 plus shipping. let me know a zip or mine is 48047. I assume they may charge for over size, so ballpark is 40 for shipping. (or i can confirm it monday.) |

not sure if this helps, but since you have the Dana 44 you really could focus on finding that axle from a chevy truck even later then 72. maybe someone will chime in on this. When I was doing my build my tie rod was bent so I hit all the junk yards. take good mesurement to help with the search. I ended up paying $60 for a perfect one that never even had a stabalizer mounted on it that I think was off a 75'.

Thanks. From what I've seen there a subtle differences in different years. And although I can try to make one work, I thought I'd give it my best shot to get the correct one first. I could always buy a new one but ..$$$... you know how it is.
