drop spindles

Someone help, I have drop spindles but they dont have a part number that I can notice. Therefore, I need to know if you guys could help me identify them. They have 60-72 stamped on them but that doesnt help. I just learned today that the tie rods and the balljoints are different size between 67-70 and the 71-72. Does anyone know what the taper holes measure on each? Also, could you install these lowering spindles on the square body trucks and how? Would rotors and bearings fit right on?
