Shocks for lowered trucks...And Pics of my '55 LOW...
I used 4" monoleaves with 2" drop shackles for a 6" drop in the rear and removed three leaves in the front for a 3" drop. I plan to add a drop axle from Sid's soon along with the requisite steering mods for a total of 7" up front. Travel in the front is decent. The rear will need trimmed bumpstops and a small notch.
I'm looking for a name and part numbers for good shocks front and rear now that its low. Any and all help is appreciated! And just for looking, here's some pics...
