water bypass problem, need help
its for on and sbc. the problem is that i got my hands on and edlebrock cnc ported victor jr manifold. and where you would plug the 2 water bypass hoses into the back of the manifold. the problem is when i look down the holes, the manifold gaskets are not open there, like they block the port off, is there anyway i can cut them out? or am i stuck taking the whole thing apart and getting new gaskets that have them cut out already? i would just cut them out, but i dont want pieces of gaskets to fall down in. whats ur opinion? thanks

Re: water bypass problem, need help
well i fixed the problem, i sharpened a skinny piece of metal into a really small knife kinda thing, poked through the gasket, started cutting aound the hole, about 3/4 the way around i stopped, bent the piece up with needle noses, held the piece tight with the pliers and finished cutting it out, it worked well. im gonna take a small flexible tube the i can fit down the hole and vacuum it out, there isnt coolant in yet so i doubt if there were little pieces that fell off, that they didnt good far. i think im fine.
