Control arm opinion
While driving my truck I started hearing a knocking sound. Further investigation, I found that the bushing in my lower control arm was gone. I already have disc brakes from an 84 C10. Do you think I should swap the lower control arms to 84, or replace the bushings.

Re: Control arm opinion
I would switch to the '84 arms with the rubber bushings. Replacing those early style steel control arm bushings can be a PITA even if you have the right tools.
