Not poking fun or anything but your truck kinda looks like dumbo

Mine has the same mirrors, but I think the wheels on yours makes the mirrors look out of place.

Re: Side mirrors??

Depends on if you want to see behind you?? Peeps suck. Ask 93% who have them with a poll. If you want something smaller than the tripods that are still somewhat usefull stay with the sport mirrors for looks and appeal. Some folks like the round chrome stepside mirrors. But for use in pulling a trailer it is hard to beat the tripods for that function.

Re: Side mirrors??

i am ditching the sport mirrors on my 72 burb in favor of factory tripod mirrors....but i'm running the short arm ones with the top pipe bolts on the edge below the vent window. the heads are big and so look great and work awesome on an everyday truck, but with the minimal bracketry they look also look reasonably sleek. my dad had these on his 72 burb and so i decided to go this route rather than put on the big flip out towing mirrors i have lying around.

Re: Side mirrors??

Thanks for all the input guys haha swierker no offence taken at all the dumbo comment made me laugh for sure. KMACD71 thanks alot for the photoshop man it looks way better that way. I think you have given me a path to follow here. I'm really liking the look of the mirrors you edited on to them. But hell haha these trucks pretty much look good no matter what kind of a setup a guy is runnin on them.

Re: Side mirrors??

If i could get the pic, I had used the 68 style arms and updated them with Jeep mirrors, Looked good and were very functional.
